Chipping solutions

In case of significant chips volumes fine grinding of chips is required – a fine-chipping installation is necessary.

The choice of the fine chipper capacity depends on the chips volume, with capacity of 1 line being 4.5-12 t/h.

A 'walking floor' installed in a bin for sawmilling wastes ensures chips delivery for fine chipping. The crushed chips are delivered into the buffer bin.

Fine chipping line includes a chip bin with a ‘walking floor’, a scraper conveyor to feed chip for crushing and a drum chipper. A scraper conveyor delivers fine chips into a fine chips bin. Line is delivered fully automated.

Such fine chipping line can be installed additionally or integrated into the existing pellet plant.
