To ensure continuous operation of pellet mills together with CPM we set a stock of spare parts and consumables in St. Petersburg.  

Stock of parts and components ensures twofold benefits for Russian pellet producers. We reduce not only delivery terms for consumable materials and spare parts to Russian customers, but the price for delivery per unit (due to large consignment-based delivery from Europe). For example, it takes up to 14 weeks to manufacture a die, however, a customer does not have to wait for such a long time – he gets it within 1-2 weeks, with Sorb providing all advanced payments to make the stock.

Our customers are located in diverse parts of Russia – from North West till Far East - with wood having completely different features. So they act differently during pelletizing, which requires using various dies with different channel lengths.

Having a stock of parts and components in Russia is both convenient and cost-effective.
